  • £500 - £600 per day via Umbrella
  • Hybrid with 3 days per week in Central London – non negotiable.
  • 6 months initial contract

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new fleet management solution. This role is central to ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with expertise in fleet management or supply chain solutions. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud will be a significant advantage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the fleet management solution implementation project.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including vendors, IT teams, and senior management, to ensure project alignment.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress.
  • Manage the project budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and motivation to meet project milestones.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
  • Ensure high-quality standards for the implementation, with thorough testing and validation.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team for seamless system integration.
  • Utilize Oracle Cloud knowledge to enhance project outcomes (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, focusing on fleet management or supply chain solutions.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management systems and supply chain operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
