Office Administrator - Leeming Bar

Our client has been established for over 20 years and has built up an excellent reputation for delivering quality engineering services to numerous industries & clients.

Reporting into the Director and Office Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Taking customer orders and liaising with engineers
  • Writing and sending customer quotations
  • Raising invoices
  • Inputting invoices and other data entry tasks
  • Providing updates to customers

The role requires basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages. On the job training will be provided for other internal systems which the business uses.

The successful candidate will need to have good communication skills, a pleasant/confident telephone manner as well as the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy office environment.

Normal full-time working hours would be 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday but some flexibility can be considered on an individual basis.
