Our client, a leader in their sector, are currently looking for an Administrator to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

Administrator Role and Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone and diverting calls
  • Place orders for materials and ensure they are available or scheduled to arrive in time for the works
  • Ensure all forms are accurately completed
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Manage and reply to emails

Administrator Job Title Skills and Experience:

  • Previous Administration & Customer Service experience
  • Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skill
