- Team Leadership and Engagement responsibilities.
- Performance Management of your team and tailor make training programmes with the data available.
- Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving capabilities.
- Client Relationship Management.
What is required of you (essentials)?
- Extensive knowledge within conveyancing
- Evidence of billings information and ability to meet targets.
- Managerial experience - Minimum of 6 Months
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong competency in data analysis and management information systems.
