What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead Audits: Manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor Juniors: Supervise and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and careers.
- Communicate Insights: Identify and present audit findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Audit Managers and Partners to deliver exceptional client service.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
- Experience: Previous experience working within a UK practice is essential.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
