My client is a well-established local Consumer Goods company, who are looking to recruit a passionate and inspirational Digital Marketing Manager to join their team based in Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to step into team management and work in both a leadership and hands-on role.
Your new role
This new and exciting marketing job is to lead and develop a digital marketing team in the next phase of growth and expansion. Leading, developing and executing a marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and manage a small team of 2 digital executives. Key duties will include but not limited to:
- Organising team workflows.
- Creating and allocating marketing budgets as well as monitoring expenditure.
- Drive new business where marketing support is required.
- Develop brand marketing strategies, develop, manage and monitor brand campaigns, and manage brand budgets/spend.
- Use a range of marketing techniques with the latest digital trends, including digital advertising, social media management, influencers, SEO and content marketing.
- Ensure all brand campaigns and communications reflect evolving brand positions.
- Oversee all website content for accuracy, consistency and style.
- To analyse performance metrics and provide accurate reports.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this job you will need the ability to
- Manage team members and deliver key marketing strategies and agreed activities.
- Build strong and progressive relationships both internally and externally.
- Keeps abreast of commercial developments and maintains a good understanding of channel dynamics and change
- Positivity, resilience, and an ability to juggle workloads and adapt to change.
- Experience across social media marketing, paid advertising and content creation.
