Desirable skills:
- Managing a Real Estate Caseload
- Exposure to straightforward purchases and sales
- Experience supporting on larger, complex, portfolio purchases and sales
- Carrying out title and occupational lease review exercises and preparing/assisting with the preparation of reports/certificates of title
- Assisting with file opening procedures
- Assisting with completion and post-completion registration, forms, filing and client signing / reporting requirements.
