Description
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll including statutory year-end returns and P60s.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries.
- Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complying with relevant law.
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Preparing and submitting reports on payroll to the Accounting & Finance department.
