We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Central Supplier Admin Team in Darlington. This role focuses on managing and resolving issues surrounding breakdowns, tyres and windscreens efficiently and effectively, primarily through email and administrative tasks. A key attribute for success in this role is attention to detail, as you investigate the root cause of the issues, gather evidence to support any charges incurred, analyse supplier reports, and determine the fault.

**Salary -**Starting from £10,439.02.
**Hybrid working -**You'll be provided with a company laptop and on completion of your probationary period and once you're competent in the role you'll have the flexibility to work from home.

- You'll bring strong administrative and analytics skills, whilst having a sharp eye for attention to detail.
- You're an excellent communicator both written and verbal, making complex information clear and actionable.
- With good IT literacy, you are proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You take ownership of issues and ensure satisfactory are resolutions achieved.
