We are working with a company seeking a Marketing Executive to work at the forefront of executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the company's digital footprint. We're seeking a dynamic individual who excels in a hands-on role, driving brand awareness and business growth through a variety of marketing activities. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to leverage digital tools with a 'doer' mentality, focusing on execution rather than strategic planning. As we expand our market presence, we're looking for a motivated and versatile Marketing Executive to join us.

This role provides a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across all aspects of marketing, with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. Upon starting, you will receive an extensive training program that includes exposure to departments such as Finance, Customer Support, Production, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, HR, Quality, and IT, along with your Marketing induction, ensuring a thorough understanding of our business operations.

This role would be ideal for a Marketing Graduate who has had a year or two of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
  • B2B Marketing.
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for advertising and communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Update and maintain the company website using CMS tools, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and SEO-optimized.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
  • Design and send regular email newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Use analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends, and understand competitive positioning.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and production, to support marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within an SME or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences and platforms.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, basic HTML knowledge, and an understanding of SEO principles.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and apply findings to improve marketing performance.
  • Eagerness to take on diverse marketing tasks and learn new skills as needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment and contribute to collective goals.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
