Our client is a purpose-led, award-winning law firm. We are seeking a talented PR Advisor to join their dynamic team and support their Groups function.
Role Overview:
As a PR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic public relations initiatives that align with the firms' goals. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, business operations colleagues, and the PR team to create and execute comprehensive PR strategies, generate media coverage, and enhance their reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute PR Strategies: Create and implement PR strategies to promote brand and key messages.
- Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key media contacts, generate compelling content, and monitor media coverage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify PR opportunities and develop campaigns that enhance their public image.
- Thought Leadership: Assist with the delivery of thought leadership campaigns, coordinating with digital marketing, brand, and business development teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree educated; IPR or CIM qualified, or equivalent level experience is desired.
- Previous experience in communications, either agency or in-house.
- Strong relationship management experience.
- Solid understanding of social media as a communications channel.
- Experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
Personal Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Creative, inquisitive, and persistent.
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
