Your duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, strengths, and risks
- Triage safeguarding referrals and make decisions.
- Manage a complex caseload whilst providing supervision for Case Workers and Senior Case Workers and practice advice on complex cases.
- Build positive and professional relationships.
What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
- Social Work qualification and registered with Social Work England (SWE).
- Successful completion of an Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme, if qualified as a social worker after June 2012.
- A sound understanding of how to apply a strengths-based approach.
- Understanding of social work issues, legal frameworks and social services' statutory duties.
- Commitment to demonstrating the organisation's values and behaviours.
