Legal Secretary - Commercial Property - Chippenham
TSR Legal are working with a Law firm in Chippenham who are seeking a Legal Secretary to work within their commercial department. The firm require an enthusiastic property secretary who's able to work within a team whilst providing support to the commercial Partner. The Commercial Property team acts for landlords and tenants in the approval of commercial leases for offices, shops, restaurants, pubs and other commercial settings.
About this role:
- Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
- 28 days in addition to public holidays
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in commercial property, applications are encouraged from those with residential conveyancing experience
- Accurate typing with a good sense of layout and presentation of letters and documentation
- Good knowledge of freehold and leasehold property
- Good telephone manner
- The ability to deal with clients
- Great communication skills
