- Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting initial interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage job postings on various platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct on-boarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Profile
A successful Graduate Talent Acquisition Coordinator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
