  • Previous customer support experience (telephone based)
  • Management of high call volumes, queries & Issues
  • Previous experience of dealing with inbound customer calls and resolving queries
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Good negotiation and administration skills
  • Good Ms Office skills
  • Be available immediately and commit to a long term contract , possible permanent position
  • Be able to commute to Slough - hybrid working
