customer service executive (hybrid)
Key Skills
- Previous customer support experience (telephone based)
- Management of high call volumes, queries & Issues
- Previous experience of dealing with inbound customer calls and resolving queries
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Good negotiation and administration skills
- Good Ms Office skills
- Be available immediately and commit to a long term contract , possible permanent position
- Be able to commute to Slough - hybrid working
