Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:
- Build and manage client portfolios

- Handle customer complaints and vulnerability calls
- Process instructions, create client reports, and raise invoices
- Communicate effectively with customers and clients
