Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Chichester

Job type: Temporary 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Salary: DOE up to £30,000 per annum, 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Administrator/Manager to join our team on a year's contract, with an attractive salary of up to £30,000. You'll thrive in arelaxed and welcoming office environment.

As the confident and organized Office Manager and Administrative Specialist, you will be the driving force behind office operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a well-organised and efficient office, updating company records and filing systems, handling customer queries, processing orders, managing invoicing and payments, and demonstrating Xero accounts experience.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in office management or administrative roles
  • Exceptional organisational skills with fine attention to detail
  • Self-assured with strong teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise tasks
  • Basic knowledge of finance and HR processes is an advantage
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is a requirement due to our client location
