TSR Legal are pleased to be conducting a search for an exciting opportunity that has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Taunton. This role is perfect for a dedicated and detail-oriented legal professional looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You will work with a range of clients, including individuals, investors, and business clients, ensuring that each transaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Caseload Management: Take full ownership of your caseload, which includes property sales via auction, transfers of equity, and other transactions where the firm represents business clients. Manage all aspects of these matters from inception to completion.
- Document Review & Due Diligence: Conduct thorough reviews of key legal documents, manage completion processes, and address any due diligence issues that arise, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Client-Focused Service: Understand and prioritise each client's specific needs, tailoring your approach to meet the unique aspects of their instructions, and driving forward each transaction with efficiency and care.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate effectively with unit leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of each transaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team, including supervising and guiding assistant-level resources, to ensure that all clients receive a first-class service and that all compliance and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
**Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong track record of managing a varied caseload independently.
- Excellent understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex transactions and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional client care skills, with a commitment to providing a high-quality service.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
