Training Coordinator

SF are thrilled to be working with a forward-thinking and established manufacturing business, over in the Warwickshire area, who are looking for a Training Coordinator to come and join their team.

This role will sit with a brilliant Learning and Development Business Partner where you will have the chance to mold this role and really make it your own. We are looking for someone to support with the training department with various administrative duties but also get involved with various projects across the HR and L&D department.
This role is the perfect foot in the door for someone who is looking to grow their career and drive themselves forward.

This role will be shadowing the L&D Business Partner but also be taking over some duties from their desk, including;

- Booking training courses based in requests
- Uploading and maintain training records
- Various administrative duties; attendance, feedback and certification paper work
- Checking new starter paper work and booking them onto the relevant training
and more!

The ideal candidate will have entry level knowledge of the learning and development process as well as some exposure to HR. As well as this they will ideally have;

- Basic knowledge of GDPR
- Previous experience working in PA, HR Administration or similar role
- Knowledge of how to use a LMS or HR system
- Confident with MS Excel, Word and other MS packages
- Be self motivated and proactive

This role will be a hybrid role with 2 days from home and also has flexi hours and early Friday finish. With a salary of up to £28K depending on experience.
