Juice is excited to exclusively support our client in central Bath. With an almost 50 year history this business is looking for a confident Part-Time Client Services Officer to join their team!
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing quotations and processing requests.
- Being first point of contact for incoming requests, by phone and email.
- Use Shopify to manage orders.
- Calling existing clients checking in on needs and alerting them to new products.
- Preparing quotes and invoicing.
- Packaging orders and sending them to clients promptly.
ALL ABOUT YOU:
- Ideally minimum 1 year office based/ admin experience.
- Previous phone based experience preferable but not essential.
- Ideally previous experience with business development or similar.
- High standard of written and verbal communication.
AND FOR YOU:
- Central Bath location.
- Free parking available.
- Part time hours - 3 days or 2.5 days available (9-5).
- 22 days + Bank holidays and Christmas shut down.
- Close knit team with fantastic retention.
