As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and partners handling complex commercial property transactions, and various secretary duties. This role allows you to be flexible, with only 2 days in the office.

Description
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal and business documents related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
- Assist with billing processes and monitor deadlines to ensure efficient case management.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships and addressing enquiries promptly.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the secretarial and business support department in London.
Profile
A successful Commercial Real Estate Secretary should have:
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role within professional services.
- At least 5 or so years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An understanding of commercial real estate processes and terminology.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
