SEN Graduate Learning Mentor

Are you a recent graduate passionate about supporting students with additional needs?

We're looking for an SEN Graduate Learning Mentor to work in a secondary school in Wednesbury. This full-time role starts immediately and runs until the end of the academic year. You'll be supporting students with ADHD on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them manage their behaviour and learning.

The school has an Ofsted rating of 'Good' and offers a welcoming, supportive environment for SEN staff. As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you'll be responsible for working closely with teachers to tailor learning plans and supporting the emotional and academic development of the students in your care.

To apply for this role, you must be a recent graduate with a genuine interest in working with SEN students, particularly those with ADHD. While prior experience is a bonus, it is not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students are key qualities we're looking for.
