Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk
CantelloTayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk for our client based in Colnbrook, Office based working Monday - Friday 9am- 5.30pm. Must be a driver.
Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk duties:
- Answer phones & liaise with customer
- Arrange airline collections/deliveries
- Plan import routings & overseas collection and put experience into practical everyday use.
- Occasional Invoicing .
- Tariff Classification
- Import License Check
- Prepare Import rated airwaybills in support of billings
- Preparing of simple quotations
- Checking correct use of CPC's & authorisations
- Customs Entries ASM/Gems/Sequoia
- Filing
- Customs Post Entry Submissions/Reclaims
Import Entry and Customer Service skill requirements:
- Communication Skills
- Ability to use judgement
- IT skills to include: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Customs Entry and Classification experience
