Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer for a public sector organisation on a temporary basis across West Yorkshire. The role allows you complete flexibility to manage your own workload, with patch and home working available. Travel will be required across West Yorkshire, wtith
Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Officer:
- Delivering a first class housing service to social housing tenants
- Conducting welcome and home visits
- Investigating and managing low level cases of ASB
- Completing inspections and tenancy checks
- Dealing with tenancy breaches
- Reporting and following up on repairs
- Encouraging resident engagement
Requirements of the Housing Officer:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
