Pre-Contract Manager

We are actively looking for a Pre-Contracts Manager to join our team based full-time out of our Great Dunmow office, from there you will cover duties for the London, South, East & West regional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and being responsible forthe estimating process
  • Managing the flow of work to all estimators across all regional areas
  • Authorising sign offs and commercial terms of conditions
  • Assessing incoming jobs for their viability
  • Heavily involved withhandling tenders

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience at a similar level
  • Electrical Qualification AND/OR background in commercial surveying/management
  • Electrical component knowledge
  • Experience using JCT Contracts
  • Highly skilled and experienced negotiator
  • Understanding of construction sub-contract orders
