Customer Retentions and Sales Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Consumer Sales team. This role involves retaining and growing our customer base by handling inbound calls from existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and strive to exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve sales targets through customer retention, upselling, and acquiring new customers.
  • Respond to inbound sales calls, emails, and chats, identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Make outbound calls to customers, analysing their requirements, and recommending solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the business to contribute to the overall goals of the sales team.
  • Profile prospective customers to identify business needs through effective questioning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products quickly.
  • Experience in Telesales or Telecoms environments is beneficial.
  • Interest in internet technologies.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude towards meeting and exceeding targets.
