Role- Learning Partner- OD and Talent

Salary- £44,000

Working hours- Full Time 38.75 hours

Working pattern- Hybrid Working with 2 days weekly in Stirling Office

Purpose of the role-

The Learning Partner- OD & Talent will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and implementation of talent identification, assessment and development approaches that align with strategic objectives of the business

Key responsibilities-

Talent development

  • Identify skills gaps within talent population and work with leaders to implement individual development plans.
  • Prepare and present reports on talent metrics to senior leadership.
  • Design and implement talent development programmes that address current and future business needs (longer-term aspiration).
  • Monitor the effectiveness of talent programmes and adapt as necessary.

Succession planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning strategy for standardised approach across the organisation.
  • Identify and assess high-potential employees and critical roles within the organisation.
  • Align succession planning initiatives with the organisation's strategic objectives and workforce planning needs.

Performance Development

  • Oversee the continuous improvement of the performance development cycle, ensuring it is aligned with strategic objectives and people strategy ambitions.
  • Lead on communication strategy, developing guidance and issuing reports to businesses.

Leadership Curriculum

  • Design and implement leadership development programmes and initiatives in line with our leadership behaviours framework.

General

  • Engage with wider HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to all initiatives.
