Part-time Administrator

Purpose of JobSupport the Human Resources department with administrative duties.Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Obtain approval on requisition, approval and change forms
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Maintain the jobs inbox and recruitment pipeline
  • Assist with issuing HR correspondence
  • Assist the HR department with relevant project work
  • Ensure new starter paperwork is returned, completed and filed appropriately
  • Maintain HR system and liaise with Payroll for processing

Communications

  • Edit and post copy received for internal and external audience (e.g news stories, social media posts and job advertisements)
  • Make best use of company website and social media platforms (LinkedIn)
  • Attend monthly Communications meetings to discuss upcoming content

Required Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications and Training:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • High level of confidentiality and accuracy
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, across all levels within an organisation
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
