If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Mental Health Support Worker. Join our client on a contract basis and make a meaningful impact to the lives of those within

  • Provide compassionate and empathetic support to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement support plans
  • Empower clients to achieve their personal goals and promote independence and well-being.
  • Maximise income for service users.
  • Regularly review support plans and risk assessments.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar support role within a mental health or social care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • An understanding of support needs and support planning.
  • Experience of risk assessing and risk management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of clients
  • A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to providing support
  • Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Certification in Mental Health First Aid or relevant training
  • Valid DBS clearance and professional registration (if applicable)
