Senior Internal Recruiter

Responsibilities:

As an Oil and Gas Internal Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Talent Acquisition:

o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

o Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the oil and gas industry.

o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.

2. Candidate Relationship Management:

o Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

o Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates, keeping them informed about their application status.

3. Leadership and Coordination:

o Mentor and lead the Recruitment Team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

o Ensure best practices in recruitment and compliance with established procedures and employment legislation.

o Coordinate recruitment vacancies and future requirements.

4. Interview Process:

o Conduct internal and external interviews, ensuring necessary approvals and documentation.

o Advise Heads of Department and Rig Managers on recruitment best practices.

5. Compliance and Certification:

o Ensure adherence to relevant regulations by internal employing companies and external 3rd party personnel providers.

o Collate, audit, and record required certification annually.

6. Succession Planning and Market Insights:

o Review and implement future succession planning.

o Continuously analyse and report on labour market conditions, trends, and skills shortages.

7. Sourcing Strategies:

o Continuously review methods for sourcing external applicants.

o Develop and maintain vacancy advertising across applicable channels and social media.

8. Application Database:

o Maintain a solid application database of existing applicants for current and future vacancies.

9. Digitalization and Automation:

o Promote and implement digitalization and automation objectives related to recruitment processes and software.
