We are seeking a temporary Administrator to provide holiday cover at a busy estate agency. This role is ideal for an individual with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the office during the holiday period.

This requirement will be have a training period followed by a weeks holiday cover in September and December and then a few months from January.

Day to day of the role:

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar.
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents such as contracts, leases, and other real estate paperwork.
  • Filing and organising documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Providing support to the sales and lettings teams as required.
  • Handling walk-in enquiries and providing general support to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an estate agency or similar environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
