We are seeking a temporary Administrator to provide holiday cover at a busy estate agency. This role is ideal for an individual with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the office during the holiday period.
This requirement will be have a training period followed by a weeks holiday cover in September and December and then a few months from January.
Day to day of the role:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar.
- Assisting with the preparation of documents such as contracts, leases, and other real estate paperwork.
- Filing and organising documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Providing support to the sales and lettings teams as required.
- Handling walk-in enquiries and providing general support to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an estate agency or similar environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
