**Head of Account Management

- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year
Our client is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead their efforts in customer attraction, retention, and growth. This pivotal role involves managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, nurturing and developing relationships, and working closely with our clients sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the Account Management Team, providing leadership and development.
- Support the Sales team and engage with customers early in their journey, explaining the account management function and setting expectations.
- Take full ownership of the Customer Onboarding Process, ensuring thorough communication and information sharing across the organisation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations using key metrics to ensure customer delight.
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain and strengthen customer trust.
- Hold regular review meetings with customers to discuss KPIs and ensure their needs are met.
- Act as the escalation point for customer issues, delegating resolution tasks effectively and following up for satisfactory outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure seamless communication between Sales, Operations, and customers.

**Additional Information:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (42.5 hours per week).
