Our client, a renowned architecture practise, specialises in delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions across multiple sectors, including aviation, education, rail, hospitality, healthcare, leisure, and retail. With offices in the UK, Ireland, and UAE, our client operates internationally, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing buildings that meet the complex needs of their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies and content calendars for internal and external events, showcasing our client's projects.
- Coordinate events for all sectors, both in the UK and abroad, ensuring seamless execution and representation of our client's brand.
- Assist in creating credentials documents and presentations using templates, demonstrating proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Support the team in developing strategy documents and calendars to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sector-specific requirements.
- Monitor expenses and update the budget sheet to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Collaborate with HR to coordinate social events and create engaging posts and graphics for internal social initiatives.
- Utilise tools such as Mailchimp to create external newsletters and disseminate important updates and announcements to our clients.
- Regularly update the company website with new starter profiles, news updates, and relevant content to keep our audience informed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or qualified by experience).
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the architecture or design industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva.
- Experience in social media management and content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Knowledge of budget management and experience using tools like Excel for financial tracking.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
- Experience with event coordination is a plus.
