What we're looking for:
- Experience in general maintenance or trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the Liverpool area when needed.
**Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, joinery, basic electrics).
- Ensuring buildings and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Carrying out regular health & safety checks.
- Assisting with site setup, furniture moves, and general care taking duties.
- Reporting any major repair needs to the supervisor or site manager.
