Rate: £310 - £350 PAYE (including 33 days holiday pay)

About the Role:
Our client, a leading Management Consultancy, is searching for a temporary Security Cleared Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst to join their team on a 5-month project based in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and forecasting, offering key insights to support major business decisions.
In this temporary position, you will work closely with senior management and occasionally with clients, providing strategic financial insights that will shape the direction of the company. The role is full-time onsite with potential ad-hoc travel, giving you the chance to contribute significantly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Work independently while collaborating with management and stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and support business forecasting
Key Skills & Experience:
- Financial Modelling: Expertise in building, updating, and analysing financial models
- Data Analysis: Ability to generate insights from financial data and inform business strategy
- Communication: Strong presentation skills, able to deliver financial information clearly and concisely
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with financial systems and visualisation tools
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial analysis with business goals and objectives
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial reports and data handling
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
