Our Andover based client is offering a great opportunity to join their successful Sales Team! As Sales Support your key focus will be to drive the sales team, working with customers to provide them with a personal service and ensuring the Key Account Managers have the needed support and time to grow their customer base
Duties & Responsibilities
Process orders and quotes
Answer calls and queries (team and house accounts)
Look after sales@ inbox
Chase unconverted quotes either internally or externally
Assist in reach out campaigns
Chase deliveries/let customers know about exceptions
Processing web orders to pick list
Call back missed calls
Advising of special-order purchasing delays
Sales/customer Admin requests - copy invoices, PODs, data sheets etc ...
Resolving problems
Motivate Key Account Managers and monitor their outgoing calls
Ad hoc requirements
Ensure the Sales Team works closely with Operations Team so that customers get the products they want, when they want and where they want.
Support any priority projects within the business as they come up.
Candidate Requirements
High attention to detail
"Makes it happen" individual: not just can do!
To work with the Key account managers and drive them to win business and customers
Ability to get to the customer first
High level of communication internally and externally
Some level of sales administration would be advantageous but is not essential as attitude and potential is as important to out client!
