My Gloucestershire based client are looking for a temporary candidate to join their team on a temporary basis for the next 3 months. It is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and support the admissions process during a busy period.
Contract- temp for 3 months
Working hours- Monday-Friday circa 9am-5pm
Pay rate- £12-£14 per hour
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's admissions team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and support the admissions process during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the processing of applications paperwork.
- Communicate with prospective candidates via email and phone.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and enquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth admissions process.
About You:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with database management.
- Previous experience in an admissions role in a recruitment or school environment is essential
