Programme Manager - Organisational Change

Our client is embarking on a journey of change and are seeking a Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering significant organisation and cultural change programmes.

They are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and deliver strategic programmes aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency, culture, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of organisational change programmes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define programme objectives, scope, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring programmes are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices in change management and programme delivery.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager, with a strong track record in delivering organisational change initiatives.
  • Previous experience working closely with senior leaders to improve operational processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in programme management, with a focus on organisational change and operational improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in managing large-scale, complex programmes within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organisation.
