Working within the payroll team, reporting to the Payroll Manager and supervising a team of four, you will be responsible for high volume and detailed payroll processing. You will be setting the timetable and priorities for the team throughout the month, monitoring the progress of the payroll cycle and supporting them with the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees. You will analyse payroll data and trends and consider process improvement changes.

We are looking for a payroller with staff supervisory / leadership experience, who is used to working on a high-volume payroll in a fast-paced environment. You will be self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow whilst directing others.
