A new position for a junior housing management solicitor at a national and leading Legal 100 firm has arisen.
This role will be based out of the firm's Bristol office to work closely with a Partner providing advice and support to public sector clients and clients in the public services, in particular housing associations and providers of social housing.
Types of work you will cover: (please note this is not heavily weighted to disrepair)
- Possession claims
- Injunction claims
- Cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Breach of tenancy claims
- Leasehold management advice
- Service charge disputes

Your skills and qualifications:
- Experience working for social landlords is an essential
- Experience in acting for housing associations is desirable
