Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant Level 2 (TA2) to provide one-on-one support for a pupil exhibiting challenging behaviour. This role is crucial in helping the pupil engage with their education and achieve their potential. The ideal candidate will be a strong male role model, although applications from all qualified individuals are welcomed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children exhibiting challenging behaviour.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
- Relevant qualifications (Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent).
- A strong role model with the ability to build positive relationships with students.
