Responsibilities of a Spa Managert include:
- Ensure the Spa runs efficiently
- Create a clam luxury environment for the guests
- Offer a wide range of treatments to guests
- Advise guests on available treatments
- Ensure high standards are kept throughout the spa
- Ensure client confidentiality at all times
You must have a NVQ Level 3 in a beauty qualification or equivalent to be successful in the role.
