About the role:
To create, maintain and improve the technical documents across the OT estate, including critical systems. Supporting the change management requirements for operational teams and the document transition of projects systems into operational support. Work collaboratively with teams, using your persistence and patience to gather information, sifting and consolidating existing designs. To support audit remediation, separation documentation and improving the infrastructure and systems overviews used across systems environments.
A typical day would be..
- · Reviewing and creating OT architecture diagrams and documentation for operational support teams, working collaboratively across teams to ensure accuracy
- · Updating the presentation, structure, and organisation of our documentation
- · Create and maintain OT architecture diagrams and support documentation
- · Team working and able to influence across multiple teams
- · Understand of project methodologies
- · Awareness of both security and operational requirements, including OES under NIS Regulations
- Working with vendors, partners and other third parties to both customise externally produced documents and liaise over joint project documentation
Key Capabilities
- Experience of documenting or working with large scale Enterprise systems with multiple components and connections
- Good quality of English, able to produce competent, clear and effective design documentation and diagrams
