About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across KS2 in a variety of subjects, ensuring smooth transitions between classes.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • Monitor and support pupils' progress, engaging them with tailored teaching approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to provide continuity and maintain high standards of learning.
  • Step in for absent teachers and ensure consistency in classroom management and lesson delivery.
