We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our team within the Education sector in Launceston, Cornwall. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to staff and management.
- Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance management and support staff development.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and school policies.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, preferably within the Education sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
