Here's what to expect from your role as a recruiter:
- Time on the phone: You'll spend a significant amount of time on the phone to build relationships, win new business (jobs), and identify candidates that fit those roles.
- Mastering LinkedIn: LinkedIn is a key platform for any recruiter, you'll grow your network, build your personal brand, and be consistently outreaching to clients and candidates to build your pipeline.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: You'll be sourcing candidates, guiding them through the interview process and supporting them as they start the new role. You'll also learn to handle client communication, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth hiring process for client and candidate.
- Highly organised: You'll be writing job adverts, scheduling an coordinating interview process, and have to keep your application tracking system updated accurately - because the devil's in the detail.

What are we looking for?
- At least 6 months of sales experience (the industry isn't important, we're keen to hear about your transferable sales skills).
- Motivation and drive. Recruitment is ideal for people that set high goals and work hard to achieve them.
- Outstanding communication skills (think clear, confident, and friendly).
- Can juggle multiple tasks at once and keep your cool (because recruitment can get fast-paced!).
- Team player who brings a positive mindset wherever you go.
