Our Client based in Ware is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to work within a renowned global Pharmaceutical company.
Your main duties will include:
- To operate warehouse mechanical handling equipment including Reach and Counterbalance Trucks
- Booking delivery's in to warehouse,
- Creating and packing in to boxes and pallets;
- Sample goods, recording quantities and locations.
- Completion of documentation, both electronic and paperwork
- Computer Literate, utilise SAP
- Ensure that GMP Practices are adhered at all times.
- Collation of picked goods to fulfil production orders.
- Issue of goods to scrap stocks, process scrap stock; Issue of goods for return to vendor;
- Maintain high standards of health and safety and good control of warehouse practices in all aspects of warehouse operations to minimise damage.
- Ensure good housekeeping practices are adhered to at all times;
- Re-stack finished packs onto specific pallet type for special/specific market requirements.
- Completion of tasks safely and correctly to time scales following procedures
- Perform all equipment checks to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
- Able to undertake manual handling operations.
Forklift Licence required and a minimum of 2 years of Forklift experience preferred.
