Senior Subject Matter Expert (Metering) - Hybrid
Utilities, Electricity, Half Hourly Metering, SME, Coaching, Industry Relationships
This highly successful organisation are looking for an Senior SME to join an established software team. You will have a strong background in the Metering and Energy sector who is used to dealing with supporting services and providing leadership and direction.
Key duties includes:
- Supporting the team or other business areas in client meetings
- Providing support in readiness for the BSC Audits/Industry Audits
- Upskilling the team in Half Hourly metering
- Reviewing current processes with wider teams to identify potential improvements
- Support industry/internal changes which may include UAT of products and document findings
Core skills & experience for this Senior SME role includes:
- Strong experience within the Electricity market with a specific interest in Half Hourly metering
- Strong client facing skills
- Strong excel and SQL skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
