Physiotherapy is about assessing your issue, treating the causes and giving you the long term tools to solve it.
Rehabilitation
Physio lead strength and conditioning, whether it be part of your rehabilitation, weight loss or conditioning. We've got you covered. ?
Virtual Appointments
With COVID-19, remote sessions are the perfect way to start or continue your journey through physiotherapy.
Shockwave Therapy
Specialist evidence-based modality to treat any tendon injury and a range of other musculoskeletal issues.
Clinical Pilates
We offer physiotherapist lead reformer Pilates classes. These sessions are aimed at beginners to experts. And something to suit all abilities.
Massage
Our therapists are skilled at relieving those achy muscles from everyday life stresses and to recover from injury.
Ideal experience:
- MSK & Pilates experience
- 5 years post grad experience
