Service Delivery Manager
York office based
£40k-£55k + car allowance
Our client are a solutions and services provider and are looking for an SDM to join their growing team.
Who are you?
- 2+ years in a service delivery role or technical role
- Have experience building and working with clients face to face / phone
- Incident management is key to this role
Role purpose
As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of services
This is a customer-facing role. You will also be dealing with internal stakeholders.
Role responsibilities
- Measuring the performance of services against agreed customer SLA's
- Building and maintaining working relationships with customers
- Creating reports regarding performance
- Holding monthly/ weekly reviews
- Being a point of escalation
- Incident management
- Working with the sales team to draw up proposals for new customers
- Responsible for SLA adherence on contracts
- Create slide decks and present to prospect customers
- Be part of a bid team owning questions for transition & service delivery
Required
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience working within tech MSP/ multi-customer environment
- Knowledge of ITIL
- A passion for delivering the very highest standards of service to our clients
- Excellent customer facing communication skills both written and spoken
- Ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally especially with all key stakeholders
